Review: purchased a washer with scratches and brought it home thinking it was new with just a scratches. washer was making loud noises. called ** for 1 year manufacter warrantee repair but was told warantee was void because dealer didnt tes washer . dealer picked up washer and a week later told us ** could not fix washer and was shipping them a new one. three days later dealer returned with new washer and installed it upon inspection washer had installed a cheaper version of washer which is also scratched . they also scratched my walls and floors on the path in which they delivered the washer and broke a sheetrock wall at bottom of steps.after calling [redacted] at dealer (uneeda appliances) he said he was done and would not take anything back.Desired Settlement: that uneeda appliances delivers the product of equal or greater value of what they sold us . or takes back the entire set of what we bought. which was an [redacted] front loading washer and dryer set 4.8 cu ft front loading washer and dryer in red.repair of damage to house done by installers that delivered washer and installed it. also let it be noted that we also had to remove a granite counter top and cabinet and a door three times already. and will have to do it again.
