I have had CrossCountry cable and Internet for over ten years. And, yes I have it because there was no other choice when I got it. However, I am quite satisfied with the service. Although it might not be as speedy as some want, it suits me and rarely have any problems with it. In the past, I've called for Internet technical support and received it pronto. And yes, they do have a phone number for technical services. I give a 4 star simply because no service is 100 per cent no matter where you get it. I could count on my fingers how many times service has gone out over the years. Though it is cold and icy outside right now and cable is having issues with some channels, this is rare. In fact, I just called their number and got a message right off saying they were having some cable difficulties and they would be resolved as soon as possible. I didn't even have to talk to anyone to find out, that's service.

It's actually akin to diinternet, so any claims of 'high speed' are liesI live on top of a big hill with excellent reception, so that is not part of the issue, yet ANY given day the download speed is BELOW MBPS! Just now the download speed from G*** internet speed test reports download speed of MBPS and upload of MBPSThis is TOTALLY unacceptable, especially since no other company will come set up shop for our rural location because 'there are already providers there'GARBAGE!!

Also, the service goes out every time it is icy outside, to which the company simply says there is nothing they can do about itThey don't have a technical support phone number - they DO have an answering service located in BC who will take your message to pass along to them, but have zero technical skills nor the ability to actually help you with any technical issuesWorstCompanyEVERIf only there was even ONE other option in rural Nova Scotia where I live!!
