Ordered two (2) steel file cabinets -- they arrived in two (2) days -- when unpacked both were damaged -- one minor, one "moderate" The 'counterweight (a cement block wrapped in plastic) had come loose and roamed around during shipping Note: The packaging from the direct shipper was flimsy (steel cabinets??-- go figure), the units were unable to hold up under duress, and the hardware "went missing" when the cement block 'counterweight' went roaming inside the package during its travels Perhaps, if you should order such items, things might have improved (or not) Inquire before ordering, unpack immediately, prepare for contingencies Good luck
