We have been made aware of these complaints and have addressed the issue with the client informing them that everything has been installed correctly and that their issues are not covered under the warranty provided with the service of our original contracted agreement.First issue is a leak from the shower door But unfortunately it is not leaking from the door itself but from a small gap at the bottom of the pivot door where it opens and closes This gap is suppose to be there and there is no way of correcting it I have asked if the clients would like to change out the door to a slider where it seals all the way around He insisted that that was not the problem and that the curb is unleveled This is not the case The curb is leveled all the way across.Second issue is of a leak that is coming from their tub spout We didn't change or touch the original tub spout besides removing the trim to install the tile This would not of created a leaking problem I have notified the consumer to contact a plumber.Third issue is that the new vanity we installed wasn't vented properly through the toe kick of the base cabinet But we did cut a large hole big enough to hold the vent grille properly Again not a warranty issue and the consumer should have their duct work looked at if they feel they are not getting enough cool/heat

I am rejecting this response because: The problem with the shower door curb was do to a poor design flaw where the depth of the top of the curb should have led to the consideration of building the curb with the inside wall slightly shorter than the outside wall so that water splashing from the inside would stay on the insideI expected when I hired them to do the job, that fundamentals like this would be taken into accountYes there is a gap in the shower seals at the bottom of the doorWater would not leak through the gap if the slope of the top of the curb was slanted enough so water would drain into the shower basin the curb topUneek agreed to fixed this by grinding down the top inside surface of the curb so that part would slope to the inside and this would done under warrantyI was even told that they fix the problem in later May or early JuneI even have a recording of Sarah, the president, saying this. The vent on the vanity does not have a slot cut into it for ventilationIt has a few (or 4) 3/inch holes drilled into the vanity in the area of the vent coverThe vent cover grating openings only align with one of those holes. There is nothing wrong with the bath tub drain functionThe problem is during the during construction, the stops on the faucet fell loose in the wallSo the faucet knob does stop to the water off positionThe knob goes past that point and water start flowing again

The problem with the shower door curb was do to a poor design flaw where the depth of the top of the curb should have led to the consideration of building the curb with the inside wall slightly shorter than the outside wall so that water splashing from the inside would stay on the inside. I expected when I hired them to do the job, that fundamentals like this would be taken into account. Yes there is a gap in the shower seals at the bottom of the door. Water would not leak through the gap if the slope of the top of the curb was slanted enough so water would drain into the shower basin the curb top. Uneek agreed to fixed this by grinding down the top inside surface of the curb so that part would slope to the inside and this would done under warranty. I was even told that they fix the problem in later May or early June. I even have a recording of Sarah, the president, saying this. The vent on the vanity does not have a slot cut into it for ventilation. It has a few (3 or 4) 3/16 inch holes drilled into the vanity in the area of the vent cover. The vent  cover grating openings only align with one of those holes. There is nothing wrong with the bath tub drain function. The problem is during the during construction, the stops on the faucet fell loose in the wall. So the faucet knob does stop to the water off position. The knob goes past that point and water start flowing again.
