We value all of our customers and any concerns that they may have with any work that is performedAll of our prices are set pricing which depends on the work that is to be performedIn no way is our pricing dependent on whether the customer is male or femaleWhen the technicians presented the price to the customer's wife, she informed the technicians that she needed to call her husband to get approval of the priceShe then let the technicians know that they are to proceed with the workShe signed stating that the work and the price were agreed upon and also signed the invoice when the work was complete stating that she was happy with the work and that the technicians performed the work they said they were going to doIf the customer would like we can give him a $off coupon for any future work that he may need
The main issue I have is that this company took advantage of a home-maker/female by charging an excessive amount ($575) for a 1-hour service call with 2-servicing representatives My wife was not told that the service call would be as limited as it was, no one in the Phoenix-area should ever pay a plumbing company $for a 1-hour service call In addition, the after-hours visit the prior evening was a total waste of time; the service rep(Danny) was there for only 15-minutes and used his cell-phone camera to show another company staffer was he saw --- he didn't have any understanding of the problem which is why he showed up the next day for training with the skilled representative The bottom-line is the with 75-minutes (15-minutes + 1-hour) of 2-reps service time and ~ $in total material cost, the RESPECTFUL total service charge should be no more than $total --- this company shouldn't hide behind a "sales-job" that drives an unsuspecting home-maker to sign their form and being taken advantage of during the process This is simply about a public-facing company doing the right-thing about being open/honest/transparent and not using gouge-pricing We remain firm that this company apologize and refund the $overcharge Thank you

We were called out to the residence after hours and sent a technician out to diagnosis the problemAfter the diagnosis we let the customer know that we would be returning in the morning to fix the problemThe next day we sent technicians out (a water treatment specialist and a plumber) to fix
the problemBefore any work was performed the technicians explained to the home owner what work needed to be done and the costThe customer signed our invoice allowing us to diagnose the problem, they also signed allowing us to proceed with the work and agreed to the price before the work startedAfter the work was completed the work performed was shown to the customer and they signed the invoice stating the work was complete and up to their satisfaction

The bottom-line is the with 75-minutes (15-minutes + 1-hour) of 2-reps service time and ~ $50 in total material cost, the RESPECTFUL total service charge should be no more than $325 total --- this company shouldn't hide behind a "sales-job" that drives an unsuspecting home-maker to sign their form and being taken advantage of during the process. This is simply about a public-facing company doing the right-thing about being open/honest/transparent and not using gouge-pricing. We remain firm that this company apologize and refund the $250 overcharge. Thank you.
