UNFI

I received a confirmation to my order. I called to get an ETA and was told I didn't have an order. According to an accounts receivable agent, my account is on hold because they want to deduct payments directly from the business bank account. My business does not allow that. They have not given me an other option.
It's so hard to get in touch with accounts receivable.
They never give a warning on cancelled orders. 0 communication.

I have ordered products and am a small business, I completely did the ignorant thing having one supplier and this company has closed my account for no reason at all for some made up investigation. I pay cash for all my orders there is no reason for this unfair business practice. This company is trying to put me out of business.

I put in an order, then an offer popped up for a better deal. From $45 one bottle to $89 for three. So I got billed $224 with 3 separate orders that couldnt be cancelled. I called right away and cancelled the order to be told 7 business days I will receive my refund. Another Ripoff company

UNFI bought up all the smaller NATURAL food companies — and now they *** in too many ways to express here. They NEVER apologize, they NEVER composite for their myriad of trucking-related mishaps. If you have the luxury of using someone else, run from UNFI!

UNFI consistently runs out of product and doesn't warn you before delivery. Every week our order is riddled with mispicks and mistakes. Our Rep is also utterly useless and snobby. 10/10 would never recommend UNFI. Unfortunately they have a monopoly on natural/organic foods. Someone please start a better company than this.

Buyer beware. Read the fine print as this company has no faith in their product. They recommend you utilize the product for 90 days, but only provide a 60 day money back guarantee. Not only did the product not make a difference, I also lost my money, because I missed the 60 day deadline. Big waste of money. It was clear in the email transactions with their customer service they had no care in the world about the customer after they got their money and that’s all they cared about. I would recommend you not waste your money on this product. I wouldn’t even give a star rating, but had to put something to submit this review.

UNFI is one of the world companies to work with. They are consistently out of products, do not deliver on time, and provide attitude anytime you question them about anything. I would suggest going with any other company rather than them.
