Customer bought this puppy in good health, claimed I sold her a sick puppyShe told me her Vet told her all my puppies were were sick, or would get sick, which none didI felt bad for her that her puppy had gotten ill, knowing full well the puppy was fine while it was in my careI told her we did not give refunds but would replace her puppy should something happen to it ( standard )We do not re-reimburse people for Vet bills of any sortWhen she notified me about the puppies condition I promptly replied to her, I even told her if she was unhappy with the puppy that she could bring it back to me, and exhange it for another puppy, she ridiculously said that she would do that but I had to deliver the puppy to Corpus Christi, Tx, which we do not do under any circumstances, and I thought I was going above and beyond offering her another puppy in the first place, for a pup that had gotten sick after it left my houseWe have not had any communication after she demanded I deliver a new puppy to Corpus ChristiAttached you will see where she signed acknowledging taking responsibility for the puppy from that day forwardI do not feel I am in the wrong here, but I do want her to be satisfied when all is said and doneI would be happy to pay half of the disputed amount, which is $350, so if it makes her happy I will happily pay her $
*** *** was my brother's criminal defense lawyerHe was heartless and didn't care much about the caseHe gave him no hope for the futureThis resulted in my brother's depression and later resulted deathEvery consultation was with my brother and my motherAnd when she asked for Unger to be my brothers friendHe stated, "I have enough friends." He is cruel and does thing only for this profitHe doesn't care for his clients
