Delivery drivers are part-time independent contractors. There has been a large turnover of contractors on that delivery route. We have put additional checks in place, talked with the current contractor and the circulation manager has met with the person who complained. His description of that meeting follows. I went and met with Nicole L[redacted]. She had the report to Revdex.com. Her house was broke into and she is really nervous about having a paper on the drive way. She was happy I came and talked to her. I told her I would check each Wednesday morning to make sure paper was not thrown. She lives around the corner from me. This should solve the problem.
