hi this Sam from uni auto sales complaint number *** *** came to our dealership 03/24/we had a due bill where we supposed to fix the sunroof and the door which was done on time we also provided her a loaner we sent one of our employees to get her car and give her
another car to drive back from her job to pick up her car while done she was complaining about her down payments and her car wasn t included in the price of the down payment was paid cash and for her trackBILL OF SALE, CARFAX AND NADA BOOK IS INCLUDED IN FILEwe ve done what we supposed to do to make our customers happy

The car was making a funny noise, along with the sunroof being broke and the door making loud noises when openedThey said they would fix all issues and they did not put the car making noises in the paperwork I signedWhich is why they are only bringing those issues upWhen they fixed the sunroof they broke the wire cover and left the wire outThe the door they "fixed" consisted of spraying some white stuff on the door jam(It's not fixed)ThedoorisstillmakingnoisessThey take advantage of people and should not be backed by the Revdex.comRegards ***
Business stated the GMC Acadia when purchased one year ago did not have any engine issueThat customer was asking us to fix the door switch and the sunroof wich was done
