Bought a 3d printer and or so rolls of filament wireHad troubles with printer from day one, found the coming fan wasn't even plugged in as it was glued into the socket but hanging half way out so no power was going to the fanFixed that issue my self no help from Maker Geeks just got the run around and promise of a replacement driver chip or two and never got themShipping took over weeks and everything was in stockThey have a day return policy but the product took more than days to arrive and if the box is opened then item can't be returned, this flyer was conveniently not place on the out side of the printer boxNow I have a $printer and $or so worth of filament that is just collecting dust, I couldn't trouble shoot it as it needs a new brain and firmware fix to set better calibration for constant heat in the tip and feed of the filament, or just a trash binEven had a tech who works with cnc machines and creates custom machines look it over and couldn't figure out what was wrong, said just get a new oneCouldn't even get the Gcode to function correctly, as soon as the printer got a hold of it it was anyones guess what it would print or not print
Tried to dispute to credit card company but since maker geeks didn't send a return slip or RMA number I could not send the printer back and to not have it in my hands for the credit card company to issue a refund to meNo RMA means maker geeks just denies receiving of the package and it comes back to the sender
All in all a scam of a company
