Review: On December 12, 2012 we signed on with Unibank to have them process our credit card sales. The contract clearly states on page 3 that there is no early termination fee and we were under no contract terms with them. In January 2013 we switched to a new service offered through our bank. We returned the unit as requested and notified them of the switch. On February 11,2013 they charged us $395.00 they called "early termination fee." I have on numerous times spoken with [redacted] regarding this and he keeps telling us he will take care of it. He claims that the statement on the "Free Terminal Placement AGreement" page supersedes page 3 of the contract and that there is a $295.00 fee. That being the case why did they charge us $395.00? Also on page 3 of the contract it clearly states there is no contract term. We contacted our bank at the time of the charge to see if they could refund it and then [redacted] Unibank but were told since we had given them the authorization to deduct the monthly charges they couldn't help us. AT best we hope to be reimbursed the $395.00, at worst we would like to have them put on notice of their shady business practice.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of the $395.00 they should not have charged us!
