Extremely bad serviceHe delayed my taxes months!!!! He was very kind the first couple of times we spoke, at first he said it's going to take him a couple of days, then he said a week and then he started to never answer the phone or any of the emails that I've sent himAND I'm a repeat customer of his which is beyond my point of understanding why he would do that So besides delaying my taxes week by week, he said he'll file an extensionwhich he apparently did, but after the guy finished the taxes months laterI have a $penalty from the IRS which he refuses to fix because "he already filed an extension and I accuse him without facts" although I have a letter from the IRS and also called them to confirm it When I emailed him about that (because he never answers calls anymore), he said i'm accusing him without facts and he'll gladly help me fix the issue, very nice of himexcepthe never did and since then, he never answered any emails or calls again

*** *** filed my taxes for and Both years, I was to receive direct deposit This year I chased Federal, and was told there was a discrepancy with my direct deposit information and that a check would be mailed The State of DE deposited my $return into an "account" The State of DE confirmed that the account nonor routing nomatched my information I have reached out to *** to inquire and his simple reply via email is that he is out of the country without cell access I questioned my account infoand routing infoand he claims that all XXX's are for security reasons However, a few digits should be visible for verification Before, *** filed my returns, I verbally confirmed with *** that the direct deposit information was the same as the previous year Additionally, I paid *** with a check that has the bank routing noand account nothat was to be used The money has went to some "real" account because it was not returned to the State of Delaware I

Bob is very professional He takes the time to enter your information and make sure you have everything I have a Home Equity Loan, and he informed me that I won't be able to deduct the interest next year due to the Tax Law Changes He suggested that I contact the vendor and ask to have it changed over to a regular mortgage I have to pay the State of Delaware this year, and he found where the problem was and suggested beneficial changes Unfortunately for me, this is the last year I'll be using that business All in all, I was very pleased with the service I received
