Unicar Trans

Unicar Trans Inc. was contracted by a broker to transport my car from NY to Utah. They were great. They communicated well. I got a call from the owner about the delay due to Thanksgiving. Later, they gave me the driver's cell number and I talked to him a couple times while he was on the road to arrange the delivery time. Antonio was a good guy and very nice. He delivered the car right up to my house. It turned out great.

Unicar transported my car and there was damage in transit while in their possession. They refuse to pay to have the car repaired, despite that some (but not all) of the damage is acknowledged on the bill of lading signed by their driver. Furthermore, the driver was verbally abusive when delivering the vehicle, and refused to allow a complete inspection of the vehicle. He also refused to write on the bill of lading some of the damages up delivery. This failure to allow a thorough inspection is also documented. They also refuse to provide me a working contact their insurance company. The telephone contact they provided does not work and they indicate that they have no other information and cannot put me in touch with their insurance company.
