We have sent a service tech to the home of the ***'s on Monday June 26th 2017, They completed most of the current issues and has scheduled another date as of July 3rd A team member from our corporate office has made contact with Mr [redacted] about his concerns We are working diligently to work with the ***'s in getting all their concerns met

Titan Homes has responded directly with the client, and we have a new contractor going out to correct the underpinning issues, with weather permitting they will be out there working on 9/16/

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
