Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]I am so sorry that this issue has to be resolved through your office. I would like to respond to Unichip's response to your letter: 1) I do not have multiple email addresses, I have only 1 in which have I have always corresponded to Unichip with. 2) I have sent them all the information that they have requested, but I never received the information that I originally requested from them, which was a wiring diagram with color code. I explained to Unichip that I had to have their product disconnected from my vehicle due to the unexpected stalling of my truck in traffic, putting my life and others in danger. I have to date spent over $1200.00 in trying to resolve this issue only to be told I need to take it to someone, to spend more money, for codes. I have told Unichip that I have done that in the past and no codes have come up. I feel that every time I ask question I recieve an answer in question form. I have talked to them on the phone and we don't seem to be able to resolve this issue.  If Unichip would send me the wiring diagram with color codes I wuld be a very happy camper, and we could close this case.Thank You

This letter concerns complaint ID [redacted] by Mr. [redacted].We have tried supporting Mr. [redacted] and are willing to continue doing so. Although it borders on debating meaninglessinformation that gets us no closer to a resolution for the vehicle, in regards to Mr. [redacted]'s latest comments ...1) I do not have multiple email addresses. We didn't say he did; we said he sent emails to multiple emailaddresses here which caused duplication of effort and confusion on all sides.2) I have sent them all the information that they have requested. No he has not. The reason Mr. [redacted] feels allof our replies are in the form of questions is because they are. We have never had sufficient information todetermine a probable fault or come up with a plan of action to help him correct the problem.We've never suggested the he spend any more money. The codes we request can be pulled for no cost at any autoparts store which is what we told him. If Mr. [redacted] spent money trying to diagnose this issue, he did of his ownvolition not because we suggested he do so.I am including the wiring schematic we use which may or may not be sufficient for his needs. This isn't something wenormally provide and using it requires some background which Mr. [redacted] does not have; sending the schematic doesnot imply we will provide that background at no cost; that level of support and training is something customers haveto purchase to become tuners which is not something Mr. [redacted] has done and Mr. [redacted]'s parts are well outside ofwarranty. This is the only schematic we have and we've never been able to determine whether his wiring harnessmatches this one or not because Mr. [redacted] has never provided enough information for us to determine that.This doesn't need to bounce back and forth through the Revdex.com. There is no value added to the extra step and theassertion we're not willing to assist is unfounded. Mr. [redacted] has my email contact information.
