I am rejecting this response because:To answer your question: the guarantee states: If at the end of your week program, you don't experience measurable results OR if you are not satisfied with the progress you've made towards your goals in this program.The key word being OR, I was not satisfied with the progress. Unicity needs to stand behind their word and not at their convenience deceived people after the fact. Be specific in your guarantee or do as other companies do that want to be correct and fair by putting "clauses," and/or exceptions," in FINE print.Again, I would like my full refund of the program that is due to me.

Unicity International does not charge any type of an insurance fee for our products. We have spoken with Dr*** and confirmed he was not trying to order from Unicity's website, but rather from one of our Independent Distributor's personal websites. We have assisted this
customer in how to order products directly from Unicity and confirmed with him that there are no extra charges when placing an order. Unicity will follow up with the owner of the website in question to resolve any issues that exist. Thank you,Kara M***Unicity Distributor Compliance

the notice dated October 19, in which you requested our response regarding Case # ***Unicity is proud of the level of service we provide to ensure that our Distributors and Customers are satisfied Our Customer registered for Unicity’s Transformation program on February 1, 2016, which includes weeks of coaching support along with months’ worth of products. With this program Unicity offers two separate Guarantees, our Customer Product Satisfaction Guarantee and the Transformation Guarantee. The product guarantee allows a Customer to return product for a full refund within days of purchase, with the exception of Unicity Balance which carries a day money back guarantee. Unicity’s Transformation program offers a money back guarantee at the end of the program if the participant is not satisfied and has met the conditions outlined in the Transformation GuaranteeThe Transformation Guarantee is provided to each participant at the beginning of their programThe Customer’s first contact to Unicity was July 28th, two months after finishing the Transformation Program. An exception was approved, at that time, to allow her to return all products (Balance, Lifber, Complete Vanilla and Matcha Energy) both opened and unopened for a refund even though the timeframe for the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee had expired. A refund of $was issued to her credit card. As mentioned in her letter, the Transformation Guarantee requires certain conditions are met and kept by the participant in order to qualify for the refund if they are not satisfied with their results. Two of those conditions were not met by this participant. First, she requested to defer her program twice and only completed through week of the week program. The other condition that was not met was use of the products daily as directed by her coach. The customer would not have had the amount of product left to return if she had honored her commitment to use the product daily through the completion of her week Transformation Program. As the Customer did not meet all commitments she agreed to be accountable for, she does not qualify to be refunded under the Transformation Guarantee. To Whom It May Concern:In response to Case# ***, a full refund was issued to Mr*** on May 20, 2015. Due to the nature of our business as a Multi-Level Marketing Company there is a period of time during the month when commissions are being calculated that we are unable to
process refunds. Unfortunately, this is the case with this situation and although we had received the products back, we were unable to issue the refund until after our commission run was completed, this may not have been explained to him properly. I spoke with Mr*** on May 21st to confirm with him that the refund had been issued and to provide clarification as to the delay. It is import for us at Unicity to ensure the steps are taken to make sure our Distributors and customers are taken care of properly. It is our desire to maintain a good relationship with all our Distributors and customers and we make every effort to maintain good business practices to achieve that.Sincerely,*** ***Unicity International

I apologize if it was misunderstood that deferring the program is why the conditions of the Transformation Guarantee were not met. Unicity fully understands that circumstances arise that may prevent a participant from completing the program within consecutive weeks and we are happy to work with the participants in these types of situations as we did twice in your case. The issue is that in order to qualify for the Transformation Guarantee, all commitments must be met, one of the qualifications is for the participant to complete the week program. Our documented records indicate that only 8 of the weeks were completed by you in this program. As the conditions of the Transformation Guarantee were not met, a refund was not issued for the portion of the program. It is unclear to us why you feel the refund should be given if all of the conditions were not met. We welcome your input on as to why you feel you met the qualifications if you did not complete the program so that we might take another look at your request for a refund.Thank you,Kara M***Unicity InternationalDistributor Compliance

Unicity is proud of the level of service we provide to ensure that our Distributors and Customers are satisfied.   Our Customer registered for Unicity’s Transformation program on February 1, 2016, which includes 12 weeks of coaching support along with 3 months’ worth of products.  With this program Unicity offers two separate Guarantees, our Customer Product Satisfaction Guarantee and the Transformation Guarantee.  The product guarantee allows a Customer to return product for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, with the exception of  Unicity Balance which carries a 90 day money back guarantee.  Unicity’s Transformation program offers a money back guarantee at the end of the 12 program if the participant is not satisfied and has met the conditions outlined in the Transformation Guarantee. The Transformation Guarantee is provided to each participant at the beginning of their program.
