Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel that I am being refused the ability to make an appointment just because Dellenbach isn't getting any of my moneyI was told if I wanted a tire rotation or oil change they could gladly schedule an appointment, but it's strange that I can't make an appointment for them to fix recall issues which come out of Dellenbach or [redacted] or whomever pocket I have already made arrangements for work and took the car in this morning because I am uncomfortable driving the car stillIf I went to any other mechanic I would be able to make an exact appointment time for my vehicle to be serviced Regards, [redacted] ***

THE SEVICE DEPARTMENT CALLED THE CUSTOMER AND WAS GOING TO OFFER A RENTAL CARTHAT WAY WE COULD GET HIS CAR INTO SERVICE AND DO THE RECALLSHE SAID THAT HE HAD THE WORK DONE ELESEWHER SOME RECALLS HAVE YOU INSPECT THE PART AND THEN YOU HAVE TO REPLACE IF NECESSARYWHICH SOME TIMES CAN TAKE LONGER THAN AN HOUR OR TWOTHAT MAKES IT TOUGH TO SCHEDULE THEM INI AM SORRY WE WERE NOT ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF *** AT THAT TIME

WE CONTACTED HIM AND HE ALREADY HAD IT DONE..

The customer is now working with [redacted] to resolve this we have given them a po#[redacted] re dosome of the work they they belive the clear on the paint was polished to much. [redacted] is scheduled out apx 1 month at this time the po was issued to [redacted] in the body shop. The lower rocker...
