In response to Mr. [redacted]'s last letter he saw very well that my items were home built face to face. I knew my welds were quite satisfactory to do the job I intended to do with them. He looked over the parts and pointed out some small imperfections such as little weld pits, etc. He then told me and my friend how he would fix these by filling them with solder and chrome plate all these items for $300.00 and I agreed. My friend also saw and heard these terms we agreed on. When my friend and I went to pick up the parts we both saw they looked absolutely untouched.He said he worked on these parts but we didn't see any of change from when we took the parts there. In my total response Mr. [redacted] did not fulfill any of our agreement to complete the soldering, weld pits and chroming all the items for $300.00. I am not obligated to forfeit my $110.00 because he didn't like my home built parts, even if he thinks he put a little time in them to then refuse them. I did not tell Mr. [redacted] I would pick up the parts to repair weld them and bring them back. I only told him I would just pick them up I wasn't going to pay the $600.00 he raised the price too. I didn't want him to work on them with his bad attitude. I just want my $110.00 back.
