Review: On December 2013, I used this service to send $100 dlls. to Mexico. This service providea a debit card to transfer the funds. My recipient in Mexico went to an ATM to retrieve the money and the ATM did not dispense the money but deducted in from the amount, therefore the funds were never received. My mother-in-law in Mexico talked to the bank and the Unidos office in Mexico and they said they would investigate and that these type of inquiries would take one month. After the month they said the bank denied the claim and nothing else could be done. Bottom line, I deposited money using the Unidos service and the money was never received by my recipient. Unidos did not solve the issue with the bank. My money is lost. We need for Unidos to demand the Mexican bank to return the money, a they claim the error lies with the bank. As a customer I deposited money through this service, and the money was never received.Desired Settlement: We need for Unidos to demand the Mexican bank to return the money, a they claim the error lies with the bank.
