Review: We received an Invoice for $349.00 for Toner for our copier that we did not order or receive. We order all of our toner through our contracted company, which is included in the cost of our lease, so we know that no one ordered toner through Unified Distribution.Desired Settlement: Please help us dispute this invoice!

Review: Our company received an invoice for $433 for toner we did not order and did not receive. We are under contract with our Bizhub vendor for replacement toner cartridges and do not know how they accessed our records with the vendor. The vendor said this bill was a scam. We've tried to contact Unified Distribution to have the invoice voided but reached an answering machine with an unprofessional message that did not even mention the business name.Desired Settlement: Void this invoice. Stop contacting me. Stop fraudulent billing practices and scamming businesses.

Review: WE continue to receive invoices stating we owe them $384 for toner we did not order. We have contacted them and requested to be completely out of their data system. at the time of our issue we were in the process of buying another medical practice and paid for one invoice thinking it was who the previous owner worked with. Upon finding out that wasn't true, we contacted and asked for a refund. The "supervisor" would not let me speak with the owner, became hostile and hung up on me. I want a full refund for $384 for Toner/Lanier LD425. The "supervisor" reviewed our invoice and said she did show it did not get signed for and does not show delivery but then changed her tone when I said I didn't want a different cartridge, I wanted a refund.Desired Settlement: $384 for an invoice already paid along with them taking us completely out of their database.

Review: A person called our business asking about the make/model of printer that we used. The information was provided but we did not authorize the purchase of toner. A few weeks later we received an invoice from Unified Distributors for toner that we did not receive. I researched the company online and discovered that it was a scam.Desired Settlement: Unified Distributors should not be allowed to scam legitimate businesses. We do not want to be required to pay for services we did not authorize or receive.

This company is a scam. They send you a bill for product you didn't order and expect payment. Check all your bills closely for printer toner you did not order.

Review: Paid for product that doesn't exist. Our company, [redacted] & [redacted] has a contract with Lexmark for toner.

Unified Distributions mailed an invoice for Toner to our company in the amount of 433.00 and the invoice was paid. Our company was unaware that this was a fraudulent company billing unsuspected business owners.Desired Settlement: We want a FULL refund of the 433.00.

Review: Unified Distribution has continued to invoice our company for Toner that we never ordered or received from their company. They continue to invoice us $433.00 per invoice. When I originally began working for our company, I had paid the initial statements believing that they were legitimate until I noticed that we already paid for toner with our BizHub lease. I contacted the company and was told that they charge companies before they send them toner and they asked if I wanted to order some. I told them that I did not want to order toner from them and that I wanted a refund. This was not an option with their company. I have continued to try and contact the company but have only reached a voicemail box that is always full.

This company is a scam and should be shut down. Do NOT pay invoices received from this illegitimate company.Desired Settlement: $1299.00

Review: This company billed us for ink cartridges that are supplied as part of our annual contract with our Bizhub vendor. I am not sure how they accessed the records of Advanced Business Equipment, but the date we ordered the ink is the date on the invoice. Since we know we do not pay for ink, we called Advanced to inquire about the bill. They said that this company has also scammed other customers. We hope that you will investigate this company and their means of accessing records from Advanced.Desired Settlement: We hope that this company will no longer be able to continue their fraudulent billing practices.

Review: This company contacted my company and when the receptionist answered they noted her name. Asked her the model of copier we had. The receptionist put her on hold and when she returned she told her the type of copier we use. She did not order toner, she did not authorize a shipment of toner. She did not say or give any additional information. We received a bogus invoice with the receptionist name on it. The toner did not arrive nor was it authorized. This is a fake business that is preying on legimitate businessesDesired Settlement: They need to be prosecuted

Review: We have received an invoice for toner we never ordered and have not received. When trying to contact the company I got a voice mail and have not heard back from them.Desired Settlement: I want the bill voided and do not wish to ever receive any correspondence from them.

Review: We received an invoice for toner-Xerox WC 5865 in the amount of $474.00 for each of our skilled nursing facilities, [redacted]. We did not order toner or receive toner from this company. The invoice numbers are [redacted] and [redacted] each dated 11/15/2013.Desired Settlement: We request that this company does not send us any more bogus invoices or contact us in any way to try to secure payment.

Review: This is my second complain with this company. We have received another false invoice. This invoice was for $433.00 for Toner cartridges that [redacted] has never ordered. I called this company to discuss this invoice and the women who answered was very rude when asked why I received such an invoice. She would not answer my question but insisted that that my information was deleted out of their database.Desired Settlement: I would like to see action taken against this company. They are sending out fake invoices to scam companies out of money.

Review: They billed our company, Commonwealth Home Health and Hospice, for items that were not purchased or delivered from them. The information on the invoice for our company is not correct in name or address (they billed it as Commonwealth Health and Hospital), and when you call the phone number on the invoice you get an answering machine and they do not return your call. This is a scam.Desired Settlement: Not to send any more fake invoices out.

Review: Received an invoice for a $433.00 toner cartridge that I did not order or receive. Company did not return phone calls.Desired Settlement: I am not paying the invoice.

Review: Received an invoice for $564.00 for toner for a copier we don't own. When I called to discuss the fraudulent invoice, I only get voice mail. No one is returning my call to discuss the invoice.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of the fraudulent invoice. When searching for this company on the internet, I find that others are complaining of the fraudulent activities by this company. Can anything be done to stop this company?
