This dealership has found a legal way to advertise their vehiclesWhen I confronted the management, they laughed at meI didn't hear back from them for over a weekI finally called my salesman, and he told me there is a clause in the fine print stating, their not responsible for mistakes they make when advertising a vehicleThis is the same business that claims they pride themselves on excellent customer serviceThis dealership charged me for a navigation system that was never on the vehicle They included the navigation system into the price of the vehicle and never took it offI do not recommend doing business with McCloskey's Motors

Great concern as well as customer service, polite, very helpful I'm glad I found them

I traded in a vehicle for $4k deal That was honored, and the salesman, *** was friendly and helpful As was finance We test drove the vehicle and everything looked to be what we wanted When we finished signing the papers with finance, we went out and started the car There was a check engine light....before we even left the lot We immediately showed the salesman who then told us to bring it in to have it checked The next morning they ran diagnostics and found the problem They said they would pay for the repair It took more than a week to get the parts in but they repaired it for free When my wife went to pick the vehicle up, there was smoke coming from the exhaust She went in and asked service to check it out The advisor said it is a problem that Nissans have and they haven't figured it out The smoke doesn't come out all the time, but it is problematic I did research into the problem, and it is a head gasket problem My wife has since called service and left messages (yes plural) with no response I started calling, I've left messages with *** and ***, with no response from them either I've texted *** and nothing
It seems they don't want to resolve problems, and it is more than frustrating

The service was outstanding! Joyce went above and beyond to help us get the car we wantedThe team helped us to understand the entire process step by stepThe entire process was relaxed, easy, and a great experience overallEspecially that this was my first time buying a car

I originally contacted McClosky Motors on 3/9/16 about a specific vehicle which was listed for sale on autotrader. I set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle on 3/14/16. I got confirmation for my appointment on 3/12/16 from the sales manager of McClosky Motors. This was very important to me because I was planning on driving about 4 hours to look at the vehicle. The next day, 3/13/16, I noticed that the vehicle was no longer listed on autotrader. I figured it had sold but when I got a call at 8 am the next morning the sales person I talked to assured me the truck was still there. So I proceeded to drive 4 hours to test drive and buy said vehicle. I arrived at the dealership and within 10 minutes was told that the truck had sold just before I got there. My biggest problem is that I feel like I was being lied to and the truck had been sold on the 12th since that is when it was removed from autotrader. It would have saved me a lot of time if this dealership could have been honest.

I just got a car from here. Within the first couple of weeks of having this car it smokes and won't change into gears it is undrivable in the middle of driving it.The dealership told me and guaranteed me that it was in great condition. They said the pressure platte was broken after looking at it and that I needed to buy a clutch kit. It took forever to get a hold of them. I have gotten nothing but terrible customer service from them. I got the clutch kit and they repaired it. And now they are telling me that there's more wrong with the car. And that I have to pay even more even though they supposedly looked at everything. I shouldn't have to pay more for this car and in reality after all this damage to this car I was guaranteed was in great condition they should be replacing the car for a different one. My salesman has tried to lie and make excuses on how the entire time he tried selling me a different car which was not the case from the moment he found out my interest in that car he only talked about how great that one car was. I don't enjoy being called a liar. I don't enjoy losing my job over this car. I don't enjoy spending all this money on my new car that doesn't even work. And I don't enjoy being told after I've bought one thing after they "looked at everything" that I need to buy another thing. I've been told by over three master mechanics that the clutch in my car doesn't just go out hence why it was so expensive and so hard to find so they sold me a car that they already knew was in bad condition or they didn't look at it and just sold it to me while falsely telling me that everything was in great condition. As well as they didn't look at everything and give me a proper description of everything I needed to get duo they could get more money out of my pocket. They told me my car almost caught on fire while trying to fix it. If my car ends up exploding while I'm driving it and I or anyone else ends up seriously injured because they are selling dangerous cars then I think that's a serious issue that needs to be dealt with. If that's how their making money they are anything but a family business. And when my parents find out that their daughter is dead on the side of the road because of the car they sold then have fun with lawyers and the media that will flooding not only mcckloskeys but yours.

McCloskey Motors is our favorite service department and we drive from PA to CO twice a year and always get our car serviced while we are here!
Drew has a fantastic knowledge of our 2012 Suzuki car and we appreciate his guidance in our service needs.

We bought a car fro McCloskey in the spring of 2015-attracted by their $4000 trade in offer on any vehicle.I am a very strong intelligent person so I was ready for "the game" you encounter at all used car lots.However- these guys reallly know how to swear people down with the "finance" game.they leave you in a room while the "paper boy" runs back and forth with little papers to a "secret man with a magic finance machine" coming back with offer after offer-based on what you need a monthly payment to be.BEST ADVICE-BRING YOUR OWN FINANCING!.As for the bait and switch and VERBAL promises- make them write it down and sign.If they won't they are lying and will not give it to you.I got a beautiful car that was hidden on the back of the lot.Itraded in a car that was ready to explode got my $k off and have awesome financing through USAA.I have never heard from McCloskey again.Their sticker is on my trash can and NO you don't have to drive around with those free advertising license plates. They need to DESERVE a good reputation. Make them earn it.

He didnt push me into anything. He understood I was new to purchasing a car and worked with that without taking advantage. As well as a good laugh so the process wasnt a drag.

Ask for [redacted] Got us taken care of quickly and was great to work with! Great with handling my trade! Highle recommend :)
