Review: I WAS RECEIVED SEVERAL ADVERTISEMENT IN THE MAIL AND AFTER CALLING THIS COMPANY IN MARCH 2014 and my first contact with Unified Legal Network was Neil Batuchi who explained that I could get the assistance I was looking for in getting a loan modification on my primary property that I could get lower interest rate and a lowert monthly payment and I would qualify for the program. I agree to have Unified Legal Network representing me with my lender. I forwarded the information requested by them and I did agree with a monthly withdraw from my bank account in the amount of $ 1,275.00 but they made a addendum stating that if for any reason I was not approved that I would receive my money back. After months of just sending me to different staff and escalating my case I received NO SERVICE from this company and my house went for foreclosure in the amount of $ 22,309.20. I had to engage on a loan to be able to bring my account current and not to lose my property, I lost my change for a loan modification and this company took $ 3,825.00 from my me WITHOUT PROVIDING ME ANY SERVICE. I want this company to reimburse me in the amount of 7,254.00 which represents 3,825.00 + 375.00 title search + 250.00 voluntary dismissal + 929.00 clerk filling fee + 120.00 process fee + 1,680.00 attorneys' fee. This company is a SCAM preying on decent people looking for a REAL loan modification. Not only I lost a lot money with this company but they took away my chance of doing a loan modification with my bank and I will never have that chance again. Please find attached email showing my reply to this SCAM ARTISTS with all the information they requested and text messages were I requested to be updated on my case.Desired Settlement: I want this company to reimburse me in the amount of $ 7,254.00 which represents 3,825.00 fees that I paid for services NEVER provided + $ 375.00 title search + $ 250.00 voluntary dismissal + $ 929.00 clerk filling fee + $ 120.00 process fee + $ 1,680.00 attorneys' fee. Because this company promised me a loan modification and never did nothing on my case the bank tried to foreclosure on my house and I almost lost my property because of them. My lost is much more than $ 7,254.00 because I can't refinance my house anymore, I lost a lot time with Unified Legal Network and I went through a lot of nights without sleep afraid that I was going to lose my house.

Review: I hired this company to help me obtain a loan modification on 5/13/14. I paid a total of $2995. I have not been in touch with them for at least 2 weeks. This process has been over a year. I ended up doing all the work. I have since learned, these companies are not allowed to charge up-front fees. At the very least, I feel they are incompetent scammed me out of money. They hardly answer the phone or e-mail when I call. I have tried calling an e-mailing, to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money.

Review: In May of this year I contacted unified legal network to assist me with gaining loans on two properties that I had fell behind in paying my mortgage payment. My first contact person was a Mr. [redacted]. He made promises that unified legal network could find me loans on my properties at rates as low as 2% though government programs. Mr. [redacted] when requested

information from me to see if I qualified for these program. I forwarded the information and was inform that I did qualified. As a result of my qualification Mr.[redacted] assure me that his company could and would find loans for both my properties. I requested to Mr. [redacted] that one of the property had two loans and my request was that these loans be combine. He assure that certainly could be done. Mr. [redacted] toll me at the time that I would have to pay a cost of $4,800 for services. I informed him I did not have that kind of money. He toll me that a payment plan could be work out. I told him that I could not make mortgage payments and keep the payment that he was requesting at that time. He informed me that mortgage companies could legal start foreclosure on my properties and I was not to response to any phone calls or letter. That I was to forward all correspondents to his company. Also, that they would require me update information. I agree and may all payments .During that Mr. [redacted] was no longer with the company and Ruth Landa was assigned to my case. After completing my payments. Mr. [redacted] was assign to me. During the time Mr. [redacted] has assisted me with my case his performance has been incompetent at best. He constantly refuse to answer question regarding his inquiring to loans. I have constantly ask for the e-mail addresses of [redacted] the lead attorney and his supervision. I refused to response to my request for information. He is aware of my disappointment with his work on my case. I have e-mails that will support all my claims.Desired Settlement: I want a $2,400 refund because the loan modification on my first property was offer to me several months early by my mortgage company. I could have done that with out your company.

I want a new person place on my second loan that will conduct themselves in a professional matter and will use all resources available to secure a combine loan for my second property.

Review: My wife and I had our home built over 10 years ago and ran into some financial issues a while back. I started to use ULN about a year ago in order to get a modification on my home loan. We were experiencing serious financial issues that caused us to fall behind on our mortgage payments. I listened to, and did, everything ULN advised me to do. Month after month of the same requests and very broken communication became stressful and exhausting. I dealt with 4 different people during this period and they all seemed very stressed, uninformed and overworked. On April 17th I received a call from ULN stating that my mortgage company was no longer willing to work with them on this matter and that they were moving forward with a foreclosure. Just like that I was going to lose my home. On April 21st MY HOME went up for sale and actually sold by the end of the day via online auction. Now me, my wife, and my 3 children are having to find another place to live solely because I followed their guidance over the last year. I received foreclosure papers back in November of 2014. I called ULN for advice on what to do and they told me not to contact anyone about it because they were working with my mortgage company on the matter and that things were going to be finalized soon. Listening to them caused me to lose my home and I am also facing bankruptcy at this point.Desired Settlement: I wish to recover the fee of $3,195 for advice that dragged my family through the mud for the last 12 months and ultimately for me and my family losing our home that we have built our lives in over the past 10+ years.

Review: I hired Unified Legal Network March 26,2014 to do a modification on my property. I paid them in full $3,195.00. They guaranteed that they could help me. All I encountered were mistakes with my modification and the run around. My phone calls not being returned. I am now facing foreclosure because of them. They are the biggest scam company out there. I want to let others know about this. I also would like to sue them for what they have done to me and my family. I am so angry. I would like to see this company permanently closed.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of $3,195.00 and also the amount of money that they have put me further behind on my mortgage which is $25,000.00. I want my refund as soon as possible!
