They either have a very short memory or they are liars. At no time was it mentioned that it would take a couple of hours at all. They are fraudulently misrepresenting the facts. Also they  conveniently did not address many of the concerns I mentioned in the complaintI have mentioned what I am willing to pay for this in my original complaint which is definitely more than fair. Mr [redacted] requested a diagnosis on a family members ac system. The following day one of our technicians made the call on time and began diagnosing the problem. Our tech called in the issue, and waited for instruction. Mr [redacted] called me personally to check the status. As the day before, we...

told Mr [redacted] our rate, and that the diagnosis, trip to air conditioning supply house for a better quality part, installing the part, once installed checking for proper operation could be done in around a couple hours, no paper estimate was requested. And that to his request we would purchase a lower cost thermostat, which we did.                                                                                                     It truly seems Mr [redacted] has an issue with the rate. The work was done properly, on time, and as efficient as possible.                                                                                                                       We billed by mail since Mr [redacted] was a repeat customer, once thirty days had passed, and the bill was over due, we re sent the invoice be email. After the second notice Mr [redacted] called with his complaint, we explained the work was done correct and fair, with pricing being spoken openly prior to the work. A week later this complaint was written.                                                                       Our company is not interested in creating bad relationships, we value our community and customers. Mr [redacted] has a warranty on equipment we installed earlier in the year, which we will honor happily.
