Yes they have refunded me, Thank you
Due to the delay on getting the back ordered item from our vendor to Mr. [redacted], we are refunding $10.00 for that one item and $4.00 for the shipping charges today. Customer with this Revdex.com complaint is [redacted]. He ordered on 6/26/17 and the order was delivered on 6/28/17. However, we sent him the wrong rank. A customer service rep spoke with him on 6/28/17. Because we did not have the correct item in stock a full refund of $9.95 was conducted on 6/28/17....
