Uniform Advantage

On 11/01/19 I purchased 2 sets of scrubs in the total of $101.37 Order # ***
The items did not fit. I returned them using thier return label
I have been in contact with UA since 11/02/19 about this return. They told me it takes 5-7 days to process. I am now 20 days past and every time I call their customer service dept to check status they say they have no update and they dont k now what to tell me. I have spoken with management only to be told the same thing they do not know what happened to my return package. I asked them to locate their label # and info that they included with the purchase for returns and I have been told they do not have access to it. I went a head and purchased the correct sizes/scrub sets cause I could not wait the 5-7 days for an exchange. Here I am almost a month later with no return or info as whats going on with my return.
