Review: Early November 2012, I ordered a military uniform shadow box display from Uniform-Display.com for a retiring Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force after serving years to this nationInstead of using the printed picture as advertised, the website was offering a deal for extra cost to use a "real" uniform to be mounted within the frameI sent an email to the company owner, [redacted], stating my expectations and he said it would be ready by the retirementI bought and sent a new uniform with stripes sew on costing $plus sent it priority mail to his business in [redacted]Since the retirement was the 15th of December, he assured me that would be enough time to receive the finished productThe product showed up with the glass shattered and wood frame damaged days before the retirement on December 6thI called [redacted] and told him that I had refused the damaged package and UPS would be returning itWe agreed that it was probably too late to get it fixed and returned before the retirement and that he would give a full refund as soon as the package was returned to himIt is now mid March and I have yet to get my credit card charge refund of $(Which does not include the price of the uniform at $or the price to send it priority mail initially)[redacted] does not return phone calls and has only sporadically returned emailsLate February 2013, he finally returned an email offering to send me a check for less than half the charged amount that he was refunded from UPSHe has not returned my phone calls or emails sinceI hope that he has not disrespected other customers this way, but I feel I have been scammed out of my money and no attempt on his end is being made to fix the situation or do the right thing.Desired Settlement: I think it is only fair that I be refunded for something I have not been renderedIt was not my fault the package was damaged or that he was refunded a partial amount from UPSThat's the price of businessI would like to have my money fully refunded with a cashier's check as it is too late to return the charge on my credit cardThe now altered service coat that I sent is no longer serviceableI would like the entire amount refunded for the cost of this transaction$+ $= $
