PAID FOR SHOES TO BE ORDERED AND DELIVERED WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS, 12 DAYS LATER WOULD BE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 7-10 DAYS. WHEN I WENT IN TO GET A REFUND THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD ALREADY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT. MY BANK DOES NOT SHOW THIS CREDIT. WHEN I WENT IN TO GET THE CREDIT PROCESSED I WAS YELLED AT AND TOLD TO LEAVE THIER BUSINESS.
was told 7-10 business days. When her shoes were late in coming she was given a full refund. The refund was made 7/3/18 and she was told it would take 5-7 days to show up on her account. She was also offered a hard copy refund receipt, which she refused to take. Don't understand why she filed a complaint, she got what she wanted, a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because: she did not give me a receipt she was very rude a and disrespectful towards me and was cursing then she decide to send a email to my employer this is very unethical this had nothing to do with my employer she was trying to get me fired
