I bought my tops at uniformity in boise, idahoI was just following the directions online

The customer asked the sales associate for “the cheapest top available” in the color her employer is requiring her to wearShe was asked to try one on in another color to make sure it was what she wantedThe customer chose not to do so, even when informed that once it was embroidered, it could not be returned
We take hundreds of special orders each week and have a consistent, systematic process to avoid such miscommunicationsSometimes our staff does make a mistake, and if so, we promptly resolve the issue

The "cheapest top available" was a unisex style top. If the customer had tried the top on, as recommended by the sales associate, she could have decided to purchase a different scrub top that better suited her needs. The sales associate is sure that she said the top could not be returned once you have it embroidered.
The other employee was in the hold closet; marking special orders. She remembers the customer and confirms the associate's account of the incident.
We are sorry the customer had such a bad experience, but once a uniform is embroidered special for a customer, it cannot be resold.
