Review: I ordered 5 pre k shirts, due to the store only having 4t in stock the assoc. assisted me in my shopping. I asked for next size up and she stated it was a 5 small, since they did not carry 5t. Said they were out, so she gave my order to the assoc. at the counter. I paid $76 and change in advance expecting to get the size she showed me in another school since they were out of the school requested in 5 small. When my 4 year old daughter put that shirt on for the 1st day of school, I was mortified to see it went to her knees. My husband proceeded to exchange the shirts 8/16/13, and [redacted], a associate at the counter said no exchanges on orders. I then called the store, and [redacted] answers. I explained that the assoc. assisted me in the purchase and she gave my order the guy at counter and it is not fault if she got it wrong. [redacted] stated they do not do exchanges. I told her my receipt states they do, and since the shirts are carried in the store they restock them, I just need right size. She immediately got an attitude, I asked for manager, she said he wasn't there. And no on in charge there. She then said she was placing me on hold and hung up. I called back and the phone rang over 20 times before she answered. She then went off saying "she aint hung up on me, they busy in the store". My husband had just left and said it was empty. She took my number for manager at 3:15. At 5:30 I called to speak to manager and he proceeded to tell me who don't like he say she say, and no one else in charge. And he doesn't know if the associate ordered the wrong shirt after explaining that was not the size she showed me And it is not my fault if the associates do not know what they are doing. Then hung up on me, when I said I wanted to record the phone call because I could not believe how they do business. All I want is the right size as ordered, not my problem if the assoc. are not trained. They seem to make this error a lot, and the receipt that states that must be the one they take when you pick up order.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered, size 5. I paid a lot of money, and the associate messed up. Hopefully you do this, and I will not do business with Uniforms by Logo Express again.
