I purchased the Multi-GI 5 powder which was stated for 30 days. I ran out of it after 2 weeks. I sent them an email about the shortage and requested either a partial refund of my purchase price or a replacement of my order. They replied:
"Due to the nature of the powdered supplement, the contents may have shifted during transit which releases excess air and compacts the product in each jar. The size of the jar is kept larger to prevent spillage and overfilling during the manufacturing process.
I can assure you, however, that our products are filled by weight and each jar will have Powder Net Wt. 6.8 oz - 192 gr as labeled. If for any reason, you find that you have significantly less than Powder Net Wt. 6.8 oz - 192 gr".
This did not make since to me so I replied and told them that I would contact the Revdex.com to complain.
Billing Adjustment I request either a partial refund of the purchase price or a full replacement of the product.
