I purchased a set of electronics locks and access control system in Sept for $for a new building in South San Francisco, California In Sept 2017, I asked the company about returning of the products I purchased totaling $ They agreed to refund the original purchase price minus 30% restocking fee which I agreed They issued a RMA [redacted] on 9/11/ I promptly returned the product I contacted them on Nov 29, because I did not received a refund of $ They said they cannot send a check, but need my credit card info, and someone will call me Nobody called I called them again in Jan and give them my credit card info I did not receive any refund to my credit card until now
