In your latest correspondence, you stated, "MR. [redacted] I AM NOT SURE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR". Simply, an apology for your lack of communication and for not being blamed for the lack of this communication to your crews. If you had told us back in 2014 that you personally would trim the side of the house, but would not hold any of your workers to the same standards, then all of this would have never happened. If you had told us that you felt it was unsafe to trim the area, you should have told us, and not have trimmed it the few times that you did. It seems that these reasons for not trimming the area are only being presented to us, the customers, now that a dispute has been filed. In the images there are small pebbles/rocks, they are part of my neighbor’s property and NOT include in this agreement to maintain. After the last phone call with Michelle, in which I was blamed for two years of your company not upholding our agreement, my goal was also to not be held responsible for the outstanding balance, which you stated you will waive and I thank you for. As I do not anticipate an apology at this point, I will consider this matter closed with the understanding that YOU breached the contractual agreement, not I. Thank you.

Revdex.com- First of all when Mrs. [redacted] called me to schedule to get the tree trimmed I was shocked. We have done this for her 3 other times and each time she complained about the price or the tree wasn't trimmed to her...
liking. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled her for the tree trimming again 8/29/2016. I told her she must be home so she could see the trimmed tree after it was done so she liked it. There was 4 guys there but she was only charged for 3 because we weren't charging her for the 4th guy. I sent the supervisor there for (N/C) to make sure the job gets done exactly how she wanted it because I new I have had issues in the past. The charge was $191.44 + tax + 206.76. This charge is for travel time, trim tree, and disposal of debris. In the past I adjusted the bill for the service on 8/6/2014 because she complained how much it was. I tried talking to her and she was very nasty and wouldn't let me get a word in. I did not hang up on her. She hung up on me. I tried my best to be professional to her. I have sent many invoices saying it was past due. So I did send it to collections because she had not paid or called about the invoice. As of today 11/9/16 she left me a very long message on our voicemail. I do not wish to talk to her anymore because it get nowhere with her because of how nasty she get on the phone. I really don't want to do this but I will except less of a payment and I don't want her calling us again for any work. I will make the bill $166.00 + tax = $179.28. I still can't figure out why she called us 4 different times to do this tree and each time she called and complained about it.

THEN YOU ALSO HAVE TO THINK ABOUT YOUR NEIGHBORS HOUSE IF SOMETHING WOULD HAPPEN LIKE THIS WINDOW SITUATION,PAVLINS WOULD BE THE ONE YOUR NEIGHBOR WOULD POINT THE FINGER AT,BECAUSE IF HE DOESN'T MAINTAIN THAT AREA AND YOUR DISABLED AND YOUR WIFE IS NO LONGER ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROPERTY THE FINGER GETS POINTED AT PAVLINS BECAUSE THAT IS WHO WAS DOING YOUR LAWN SERVICE AT THAT TIME. LOOKING AT THE IMAGES THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THAT AREA WOULD BE TO REMOVE ALL WEEDS AND INSTALL SOME HEAVY DUTY WEED FABRIC MATTING AND INSTALL A GOOD LAYER OF MULCH,THEN THAT AREA BECOMES A LOWER MAINTENANCE AREA AND IT WOULD LOOK A WHOLE LOT BETTER. THIS COULD BE DONE FOR A REASONABLE COST. MR. [redacted] I AM NOT SURE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR BUT I FEEL I HAVE DONE MY BEST TO RESPONDING TO YOUR CONCERNS AT THIS POINT. THERE IS STILL AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE DUE AND I WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS AND WAVE THIS INVOICE.
