We have reviewed the complaint regarding the appraisal report completed for University of Wisconsin Credit Union for the property located at *** *** *** *** *** WA For clarification, our client is the lender named in the appraisal report not the
borrower
We did receive communication from the client regarding some items requested to be clarified and/or revised by the appraiserWe did ask the appraiser to address the items the client communicated to us and a revised appraisal report was submitted back to the lender on 10/25/A review of the appraisal delivered indicates all of the items communicated to Dart Appraisal have been adequately addressed by the appraiser in the revised report
If the borrower has any additional concerns regarding the appraisal report, it is suggested they contact the lenderDart Appraisal will be happy to assist the client in resolving any outstanding issues with the appraisal report
