Review: Plumber visiting for a home warranty repair. Toilet leaking at base needed to be re seated.
Plumber was unprofessional, shouting on his cellphone while performing repair. Caulking after re seating toilet was performed improperly. Old caulking not removed. New caulking looks terrible, in clumps, full of debris and separating from toilet and tile. Plumber refused to return to repair / complete the job. Was very rude and unprofessional when responding to complaint. Contacted home office, Unimaster Inc, filed complaint along with photos. They have not called back.Desired Settlement: Caulking needs repaired, brought to a professional standard.
Unimaster installed a water heater under contract from First American homeowner's insurance. The install was straighforward, easy access, and they reused most all fittings/earthquake straps, etc., and new flex-pipe connectors the only new parts. They insisted there was work outside the insurance and charged an astonishing $430 extra. Simply theft. I've filed a complaint with First American, too. RUN far from these guys!
