at UniMove/Acumen Driving Specialists LLC was wonderful. Unlike other Auto Transporters he was honest , detailed and patient as he answered a barrage of my questions and concerns. But more important his assistant, *** completed my job just as *** had promised. My car was delivered 2/3 of the way across country expeditiously and in perfect condition. He was priced very fairly (35 % less than other quotes) and his documentation (license, bond, driving record posted, and tracking link provided) gave me much needed peace of mind. Yes it is hard to trust other transportation companies and there are many predators advertising on Craigslist, *** is just not. Do not think twice about using this company. Highly recommended !

I was so glad I found *** and Acumen Driving specialist. I had a move I was dreading and he made it easy and efficient. His constant communication, professionalism and decisiveness made my move from San Francisco to Las Vegas seem effortless. *** arrived early with the appropriate size truck, instructed my crew perfectly how to load the truck and within a couple of hours. This was no small feat as we were moving a 3 bedroom house with over 40 years of clothing and other memorabilia. He even let my adult son ride with him as they delivered my belongings and made him feel comfortable. They arrived in Vegas on schedule even though we did not. Although I was not present with my belongings, *** assisted my son in coordinating everything including the rental of the storage unit and hiring a local crew to help load and unload the truck. Had it not been for his quick thinking, fair pricing and moving experience, I don't think I would have been as stress free as I was by the time we finally arrived in Vegas. I am very pleased with Acumen from start to finish and would definitely recommend them if you want and on time pick up, delivery and safe transport of any items. I highly recommend Robert "Bobby" *** of Acumen Driving Specialists for any need you have for a truck driver who will go above and beyond. Bobby's diligence, competence, integrity, encouragement, and kindness are pretty much unparalleled in the moving industry. If you've moved much (or at all) you know what I mean. He delivers excellent service at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely use him again.

I used Bobby in September, 2017, for a very complicated move involving two 16-ft. PODS, two large U-Haul trucks going two different places, and a car trailer. Bobby spent a lot of time on the phone with me as we hashed out arrangements. He even called a couple of times just to check on me because he knew I was freaking out about the logistics of everything.

On the day of the move, we transferred the contents of two packed-to-the max 16-ft. PODS to the two large U-Haul trucks. Bobby worked twice as hard as any of the three young men I hired to help us. He did a great job organizing and protecting everything in the 26-ft. truck that he was going to drive from Portland, OR, to Casper, WY, for me. That truck had antiques, handmade furniture, china, and lots of other fragile stuff, and it all arrived in great shape.

I-84 was closed because of a fire, but Bobby drove the 26-ft. truck with my car on a trailer behind it across another route, and got to Casper not only on time, but early. Then he helped unload the truck the next morning.

Bobby did a superb job for me, and I cannot recommend him more highly.

I called Acumen in desperation after a small number of my items did not fit into our 26' moving truck and had to be left behind in our old town. Robert helped me secure a small moving truck, gave a fair estimate, got his flight home booked, and showed up on-time to our storage unit ready to go. He even provided a tracking location for the trip and got out to our new place at exactly the time he said he would. I just can't say enough good things about his service and personality. What a lifesaver!
