agreeing to the installation. We spoke the day you arrived from Arizona,and a couple days here at our shop, I had explained to you before that ifthere was any doubt that we were installing something that you or any of theother neighbors didn't not agree to I would not have installed the fence inthe first place. If we were hired under false pretenses, I felt sympatheticfor your inconvenience, but that is something you and your neighbor need towork out. Not once, or twice, but  we spoke many times  to your neighborabout making sure everyone was in knowledge and agreeance of when and whatwe was being installing. From the initial estimate to the start of theinstallation, we took two months going back and forth with her; givingdifferent material, color, and style options to fit what all of you wanted.On the day we spoke in person, you did recall the conversations that you hadwith your neighbor about replacing the fence, and what type of fence wasgoing in. When we spoke it sounded that you were upset about the colorchoice, you preferred tan, I told you that one of the estimate options wegave her was the tan, but she decided on White. Again, we are sympathetic toyour situation if she made that decision without your knowledge. We had noreason to believe or were aware that any decisions were being made withouttaking all of the neighbors involved. It seemed all of the other neighborswere in agreement for as to what was being installed. We gave her the option to have separate contracts with every individualneighbors, and she chose to take the responsibility of being a middle manbetween us you and the rest of your neighbors. We were informed thateveryone involved was in agreeance with this situation and therefore youtoo. We did not rush on the installation date either, at that time we werecontracted we  had a two week lead time to any installation. She hadknowledge for two weeks , of the exact date when we would start and finish.Therefore she had two weeks to inform you and the rest of the neighbors ofthe procedures and materials being used, we had no complaints or changeorders in this time. We called her the afternoon before to make sure all ofyou knew we started the next day to make sure there would be no dogs in theyards, or any other important information regarding your yards and houses.Again, she assured us that everyone knew it was going to be installed andhad made the necessary arrangements. We do not understand why she leteveryone else know, except you, unless you two had a previous conflictingrelationship prior to the installation, which you hinted the day we spoke inperson.We would have taken any measure to make sure all of you were satisfied withthe installation. but as a contractor there is no way of knowing whenneighbors are not communicating, in agreeance with each other, orwithholding information to us, especially if we ask and the lie. We feel wemade the necessary arrangements by having it scheduled on time, with face toface and verbal notification, and even the last resort of one final call theafternoon before, on that conversation we were assured ALL of you knew andanxiously waiting the new installation. If we would have known you did notknow what was being installed, or that we were even removing the fencewithout your knowledge I would have canceled that very night and sent mycrew somewhere else.AS A SIDE NOTE, all the statements that you told us that the fence was"horribly ugly", "blinding", that "you were unable to live with under nocircumstances"",  or that other neighbor's from other blocks were calling totell you how ugly it was; all that was discredited when you asked me toinstall a FREE fence and gate on the side of your house, and "all this wouldgo away".

Review: We got ripped off at the Flyers Gas Station at [redacted] My husband, [redacted], went there on Friday, September 18, 2015 and gave the clerk $80 cash for diesel gas and gave the pump number. He went to pump gas and nothing came out so he went back in and said he needed a different pump number because he didn't see the zero on the ten and needed pump 10 instead of pump 1, but the cashier/manager said someone else had pumped the gas from the number he gave but there was nobody there and nobody could pump $80 worth of gas during the time he walked back and forth to the pump, but the clerk manager wouldn't put the money on the right pump saying the money was gone and didn't give him a receipt. We called the Flyers Gas Station on Sunday, September 20 and talked to the morning manager, [redacted], and she researched it and said she couldn't find evidence of it. Apparently the night manager, the one who ripped us off is the the wife of the owner, an [redacted] woman. She took my husband's money and didn't punch in anything into the computer to set him up to get gas and just stole our money. If there was no record of it than someone else couldn't have pumped his gas. She just took our money and didn't provide the gas that we paid for.Desired Settlement: Get the $80 back paid for gas.
