RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . . Obviously the business has dealt with these types of issues before and has business model built around protecting itself at the expense of the customer. It is a shame that this is how they have chosen to do business. The statement was made that a signature was given at the time of Pickup and now they backtrack to say it was really on delivery. The back talking and covering of tracks is readily apparent and easy to see. I understand that accidents happen and they are correct that it should have been resolved at the time of occurrence, but it wasn't and here we are. Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello, I am writing to explain our side of the story for this customers complaintWe transported [redacted] father in laws [redacted] from NJ to FLAt the pick up location, [redacted] had already mentioned a crack on the top windshield which we noted on our Bill of Lading as well as other dents and scratches on the vehicle [redacted] then signed off on the bill of lading accepting all of the dents/scratches, etc noted on the bill of lading and my driver left to FLOnce he arrived in Florida, the owner of the vehicle, [redacted] s father in law, was not there to look at the vehicle and sign off on itTherefore, there was a family friend of [redacted] who was there to inspect the car and sign off on the bill of lading, as long as he agreed to what was on the bill of ladingHe looked at the entire vehicle and agreed and signed off on itFour days later, we get a call from [redacted] saying that there are more dents on the roof and windshieldWe told [redacted] we are not responsible for those damages, especially because both customers looked at the vehicle, looked at the bill of ladings and signed off on itTherefore, we totally disagree with [redacted] s complaintIf you have any questions or concerns, please contact me anytime at [redacted] Thank You, [redacted]

[No one was at my house when the driver picked up the vehicle so it would be impossible for a signature to have been obtained, unless it was obtained fraudulentlyMy father in law did inform the transport company of a crack on the windshield however I would not consider the damage in question a crackThe statement , "*** then signed off on the bill of lading accepting all of the dents/scratches, etc noted on the bill of lading and my driver left to FL." Is a total lie as no one was home at the time the vehicle was picked up. The driver called me on my cell phone asking if he was at the correct locationI confirmed that he was and that was the last I heard from anyoneSo if indeed a signature was obtained, it surely was not from me or anyone able to sign on my behalf. In regards to the damage on the vehicle any able person can clearly see that the damage done to the roof and windshield was done in transitPlease respond to this message within daysThank youRevdex.com ]

Hello, I am writing to explain our side of the story for this customers complaint. We transported [redacted] father in laws [redacted] from NJ to FL. At the pick up location, [redacted] had already mentioned a crack on the top windshield which we noted on our Bill of Lading as well as other...

dents and scratches on the vehicle. [redacted] then signed off on the bill of lading accepting all of the dents/scratches, etc noted on the bill of lading and my driver left to FL. Once he arrived in Florida, the owner of the vehicle, [redacted]s father in law, was not there to look at the vehicle and sign off on it. Therefore, there was a family friend of [redacted] who was there to inspect the car and sign off on the bill of lading, as long as he agreed to what was on the bill of lading. He looked at the entire vehicle and agreed and signed off on it. Four days later, we get a call from [redacted] saying that there are more dents on the roof and windshield. We told [redacted] we are not responsible for those damages, especially because both customers looked at the vehicle, looked at the bill of ladings and signed off on it. Therefore, we totally disagree with [redacted]s complaint. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me anytime at [redacted]. Thank You, [redacted].

[redacted] signed on delivery. We have documentation accepting the vehicle how it is at time of delivery with the damages listed. [redacted] signed off accepting all damages. if the damages were done by our company the issue would of been solved right there and there at time of delivery with customers awareness of damages and broker would of never had paid for the delivery. What it was meant on the statement is that you signed of at delivery.
