Union Auto Wrecking

Review: Union Auto Wrecking said they would have a new engine installed by Friday, June 27, 2014. On that day, they claimed that no one has yet to work on my vehicle. They said Monday the vehicle would be ready. Then on Monday they said it was not ready. Tuesday, July 1st, they said it was running. We arrived and they said that it was not running and that the wires needed to be replaced. Today, they said there is a malfunction with our computer. They also claim that the new motor is making the same noise as the old motor. They said the engine would be ready and would pass a smog test. A simple replacement of an engine has added up to almost a week delay in receiving my vehicle. We have already deposited $500 and now they are claiming that we are to owe them more money than the remaining balance we owe them. They are adding in more charges than originally agreed upon for parts that are already part of the engine and are now telling us that we can do whatever we want. They are rude to us now because they are not finished with a job almost a week later than they said it would be done.Desired Settlement: We ask that they finish the job and return to me my vehicle. Also, we were told a certain amount for a new engine. There was no other problems except the engine so any other issues are their fault and we are not to pay for their mistakes. We also want an apology for the rudeness.
