Union Bank & Trust Company

My husband and I have been using Union Bank & Trust for about years now before we even got marriedWe moved out of state about five years ago & have continued to use UBT, with no problemsWe never wanted to switch because the banks where we relocated to get horrible reviews & have awful customer serviceRecently I had to call UBT from out of state in a panic & they were able to resolve my problem with in minutesI called early at 730a CST time & was able to talk to a real person, she didn't know the answer but was very polite she took my info and asked if it was ok if her manager called when he got inTo my surprise he called minutes after she said he was going to be in and he was able to resolve my issue & put my mind at ease the rest of the day! Its customer service like this that makes me never want to switch banks, they are so awesome and wonderful to work with

I tried to deposit cash into my account while I was in the drive-thru, somehow $** got stuck in the machine, my cash was never found or refunded
*** around 3:30pm, when I put the cash into the shoot, the teller told me I was $** short, I asked her to recount it, after she did she said there was still money missingI asked her to open the shoot where I placed the cash and a $** flew out from underneath the tube transportAfter looking for the cash for minutes, the cash was never found and they didn't claim responsibility for losing my cash

I received a past due notice from UBT on *** saying that my automatic payment was returned by my bank which is impossible since I havent carried a balance less than $*** and my payment is $*** I want to know why I receive a notice when payments have been made every month, but when I make a large payment im all of a sudden past dueMy cosigner spoke to *** at the *** branch & not once mentioned being past due this contact was ***i want a valid explanation for this and any negative credit reporting removedi dont appreciate threatening letters when my bills are paid on time/automatically taken outi have bank statements of proof of paymentsim being told a balance that is higher than would it should bethis bank has pulled this on another occasion about a car loan as welli dont know how they can continue to get away with threatening people when they pay their billsI WANT A RESOLUTION FAST!! Failure of ATM at bank location to disperse cash and failure of Bank to rectify situation even though documentation was provided without protest
*** attempted withdrawal, atm failed to disperse Issued receipt for withdrawal from card but issued receipt from bank that funds were on hold Went immediately into bank lobby to report it and get instructions Told I needed written documentation from card I obtained this from the card and presented this to the bank today I was told that I needed to file a protest form (from the card) and file this with the bank At that time they would look into this and work out a resolution with the card
