Difficult to get ahold ofThe rep (*** ***) did not follow through at all and has been very resistant to communicate ever since they got my money
The VA Union member I spoke to locally said he did not like the way Union Benefit News misrepresents themselves as the VA Union to potential customers/advertisersShould've listened to him! I regret doing business with Union Benefit News

Spoke with *** *** on Thursday, October 8thLet her know that I personally had her refund check in hand and would be mailing it that same day.Personally took refund check to post office and mailed to her
