This customer has never made a payment on this auto loan and it was severely delinquent when repossessed The redemption period expires on November *, The customer was told that he had to bring his account current by November *** or it would be sold at auction and liable for the
deficiency balance The customer was never told he had until November ***, however, if the customer does in fact pay half on November *** and can bring the account current by November *** and have required insurance in place as of that date, we will release vehicle to customer

better contact information and doesn’t believe it violated that policy. This customer has not asked Carvant directly to discontinue contacting references, but will discontinue contacting this customer's references in the future

The statement made by Carvant is a complete lie. I spoke with Carvant yesterday, and the phone call was in regards to an employee statement made right after the purchase of the vehicle, and Carvant, once again admitting their records show I was attempting to return the vehicle, and one of their "Sales Associates" lying regarding my loan details. I am moving forward with my State Attorney Generals office, and with the JAG for the Department of Defense against this company. This is company represents what is wrong with the lending business as it stands. I have uploaded my sales contracts, my interest rates and, in fact show I will be paying in excess of $20,for a $truck due to miss-lleading lending practices. Again, please look at the sales price of the vehicle regarding actual and Carvant contract sales price.

Although Carvant believes the late fees assessed and current balance due of $is accurate, as a good faith gesture we will waive the fees and adjust the balance to $given the customer's payment history and circumstances The loan will be closed and reported to the credit bureaus as paid
in full We attempted to communicate this with the customer but our calls have gone unreturned

Carvant Financial received deferment forms today from customer.  Our collections manager stayed on the phone for several minutes with the customer to ensure receipt of faxed paperwork.  We did receive the paperwork and the issue is now resolved

[redacted] was conditionally approved for financing, but
was unable to satisfy the conditions of her approval.  As a result, we declined to finance the vehicle and returned the contract
package to the originating dealership.

We believe [redacted]’s complaint is related to frustration with the selling dealer and not Carvant Financial. Despite our attempts to assist her with the repair of her vehicle by contacting the dealership on her behalf and offering to defer payments, she has chosen instead to default on her contract...

with us by not making payments. We have attempted to contact [redacted] many times to resolve the matter, but she refuses to return any of our calls or to make arrangement to bring the account current.  Additional, despite her claim that she requested we pick up the vehicle, and her desired settlement that we "come and get ur car" we have been unable to locate the vehicle. A review of account notes and comments shows that [redacted]'s claims regarding conversations with our representatives are completely fabricated, and at no time have we spoken to anyone regarding the account in an unprofessional manner.  We would be happy to discuss the matter with [redacted] if she would return our calls.

[redacted] is mistaken regarding the facts alleged in his complaint.  The contract copy he attached with the complaint actually contradicts his statements.  Additionally, he has not made the number or amount of payments he claims, and his annual percentage rate, as shown in...

his attached contract, is under the PA state maximum for auto financing and violates no statute or law.  We have tried to reach [redacted] since early November, but he has been either unable or unwilling to accept our calls.  We would be happy to discuss his account and help him understand, if he were to call us or return our calls.

I was told that the deal was finalized however WHEN I asked about an interest rate I was then declined and was told I could not speak with anyone due to the fact that I requested to speak with someone who was willing to explain the process of the business professionally and not lie to me and push the blame on to others. Their reasoning for pulling out of the deal had nothing to do with my approval but all to do with the fact that I questioned a portion of the contract.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved.I have had a problem with the dealership and the financial institution as well both are extremely unprofessional and as for the rude and unprofessional phone calls yes those are absolutely true! And as far as them claiming they cannot find the vehicle another lie it's been sitting in front of my house for months! I don't believe a word they say they are all snakes!
