Two 80 gallon water heaters located in third floor attics were removed and replaced by Devlin Plumbing. Their quote was in the same price range of quotes from two large well known companies. Chris Devlin stood out by his attention to detail during his initial inspection - measuring openings to assure the old units could be removed (they were installed during construction), checking the wiring to assure it was sufficient for the upgraded replacements (while doing this he found a melted wire the other companies missed, that he repaired for no charge).\r\n\r\nRemoval of the old water heaters was very difficult, but the installer, John G., and his helper accomplished the job with just a couple of marks on a stairway wall at a tight turn. Installation of the replacement units was fast and professional, and includes a 12 year tank, parts and labor warranty.\r\n\r\nDevlin Plumbing was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use them for future needs.
Chris responded by phone to my early morning email in less than an hour. An hour later John G. was at the door. John had exact parts needed on the truck so the stoppers for the sinks we back functioning within the next half hour. Chris and John both were very friendly and pleasant to do business with.
