About December of 2015 I hired Brauer Mechanical to tear out and install a complete HVAC system, 4 units, in my new primary residence that I was rehabbing. The workmanship was sloppy and incomplete. During the process he was difficult to get ahold of, he was extremely slow to return calls or text. Even my class A contractor, who recommended Brauer , could not get his calls and text returned in a timely manner. He required money up front to order equipment.
There were several issues were Brauer did come back and fix issues but no offer to fix sheet rock or paint damage from his repairs.
I have been living in the property for about three months. The last straw was yesterday 11/8/16. after chasing him for weeks he set an appointment. I sat at my property for about 3 hours and they were a no show. When I called him he was unapologetic, uncaring and no offer to get my issues taken care of. In fact during the call he hung up on me. I have scheduled another contractor to complete the work . I will not use or recommend Brauer in the future.
