I am rejecting this response because: Aging I was not informed because I was not the one who was called to drop off the carI did not make the appointment my wife didShe was not told what format of warranty was to be used and not informed of a deductible of $We dropped it off and all that we were told is they will call us when it is readyI spoke to the service manager where the radio was replaced about this mission communication issue and asked where his boss wasI then drove over to that location and address the issue in his office with my wife presentTo about legal issues I left hus office and refused to shake his hand because of his choice to defend his service manager over customer satisfactionIn business the standard is tge customer is always right untill the issue is throughly investigatedI paid the deductible so I could have the car for my wife to drive againThe Manager of the service department ant his boss were both unwilling to listen or budge and treated us as liersThe other employees were respectfulAs a businessman I never leave a customer hanging about a priceThat is the first thing I deal withNo surprisesTo bad they will loss not just my business but others as well over $This could have never occurred if only they were more honest and professionalI don't EVER use FOUL languageI serve JesusI do not shame Him by being ungodly. Correction on the REFUND $not $Was looking at the wrong receipt and thought they charged us for tire rotation

I might of misunderstood the customer on where he purchased the car. There is no misunderstanding his extreme foul language to my employees. Also he was informed of his deductible by my service manager. I have several witnesses to this fact.Thanks,[redacted]

I visited with this man and informed him this was his deductible. He cursed my employees and left our store at a high rate of speed. We did tell him that there would be a deductible...

and he said he knew that. He just wanted it for free. I do not wish to do business with this man anymore. I have since found out the reason he came here is because the other Toyota dealer will not service his car anymore because he curses everyone out.Thanks,[redacted]
