I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I am confident that the damage to my glasses was from the adjustment, whether they agree with my conclusion or not. After making them aware of the damage I was told it was no problem to replace a whole new pair, then I was told my insurance wasn't going to cover anything so it would be at my cost, after contacting the Revdex.com I was told my insurance was going to cover a whole new set and after receiving a voicemail to pick up today I received a replacement lens. Responsibility and communication were lacking on their part with this situation. I am satisfied that this has been resolved. I only needed the damaged lens fixed initially. However, I will not return to Union Optical or refer others to them.
