This complaint is due mainly to miscommunication on our part at wallmaster home improvement companyWe did go out to service the patio cover but our man Mr [redacted] did not phone Ms [redacted] as she requestedWe did delay the service because of bad weather and when we stopped to check on the repair found that we would need this new sealer which we then orderedMr [redacted] our service tech went back to use new product but didn't callSo what I am doing is sending [redacted] back to show in detail what he has done to repair the patio cover top which he will do today as I know he contacted ms [redacted] last night and made an appointmentThis will be taken care of by tommorrow or asapI will have to say in this case Ms [redacted] is right and my guys should learn what a phone can do.Thank You [redacted] ***Wall=Master Home Imp Co
