[redacted] I am responding to the above complaint which in my opinion is hard to believe Item #is totally as I personally called the [redacted] office [redacted] and the receptionist responded that she had talked to no one concerning wall-master and that we have been a member in good standing for years since Item # Our salesman is the only one we have and is very courteous and knowled**able to the point he stated that out [redacted] the need to try to help we would send one [redacted] our men on their own time to try to help seal up a leaking skylight on a patio cover which had been leaking for yearsOur salesman at the time also said that this probably would not work but we would try to help at no cost to the customerWhere else could you **t a service call for nothing(***s, **, ***, ***) **t my point.We did sell the customer to very nice [redacted] mezzo vinyl replacement windows with all the bells and whistles for the sum [redacted] $658.00and we ordered the windows last weekIt takes three (3) weeks to **t the windows and they are custom made and that is why we cannot cancel the order, by the way we don't even take downpayments and have been in business for years with a very good recordTherefore the only .point is the contract on the window and the point [redacted] advertising Honestly we got in more trouble for trying to help than it is worth I will send a police officer with my men when they come to install the windows for the safety [redacted] the customer Thanks [redacted] ***

This complaint is due mainly to miscommunication on our part at wallmaster home improvement company. We did go out to service the patio cover but our man Mr. [redacted] did not phone Ms [redacted] as she requested. We did delay the service because of bad weather  and when we...

stopped to check on the repair found that we would need this new sealer which we then ordered. Mr. [redacted] our service tech went back to use new product but didn't call. So what I am doing is sending [redacted] back to show in detail what he has done to repair the patio cover top which he will do today as I know he contacted ms [redacted] last night and made an appointment. This will be taken care of by tommorrow or asap. I will have to say in this case Ms. [redacted] is right and my guys should learn what a phone can do.Thank You[redacted]Wall=Master Home Imp Co.

I just received this complaint yesterday morning as we were closed Christmas week and I had a complete knee replacement in November and just now returned to work. We did not receive the first inquiry. As you may or may not know we have worked with the bureau for the 44 years I have been in business...

and in that period of time we have had approximately only 10 complaints so as you can see we do good work and play by the rules. All of our work comes from referrals as we do not solicit. As for ms. [redacted] we finished her job and she refused to pay because of some wood on sides of garage door. So I went out and met with her and she presented me with her items she wanted to have done so I could get paid. We went back and did as she wanted including gutter board and she watched the work being finished before paying. Now if you can understand for wood to be replaced what had been installed had to be removed along with the gutter by her [redacted] now it seems they can’t recover with aluminum and five (5) years later want us to return at no cost and complete this work. Warranty for our labor is like [redacted] *. ( one year per our contract labor.) It seems sometimes people want something for nothing at another man’s expense.  Sorry for delay in my response.[redacted]Owner

1) The [redacted] Association [redacted] has now received a copy ** the contract from Wall Master [redacted] Improvement Co. that had been provided to me, the customer. I spoke with [redacted]rs at [redacted]. Wall Master Co. is NOT a "registered builder" as is indicated by a nonauthentic logo that appears on their contracts. She (Ms. [redacted]rs) indicated that the logo appears to have been manipulated or chan**d. Registered [redacted] are held to certain standards required by the [redacted] - which is why I called them originally after the  rude and unprofessional manner in which I was treated over the phone by Wall Master Co. Ms. [redacted] said she has attempted to contact the Wall Master Co but had not received a response as ** yesterday 10/15/[redacted]. She did say that the Wall Master Co. is an "associate member" ** the [redacted] - which requires the payment ** dues only. Ms [redacted]rs would be accepting ** any phone calls to answer further questions if necessary.
2) My husband and I never asked for anything "free" - in fact the salesman [redacted] said the repair on the skylight would cost around $75.00. We asked for a good honest effort by the Wall Master Co. to try and make a solid repair. No one ever said it was being done as a "favor".
3) [redacted] the salesman said the windows are backordered anyway??
* There has been much discrepancy in the information provided to us the customer by this Wall Master Co. - depends on who is answering the phone. There is information on the contract that is misleading - portrays an ima[redacted] this company as a "registered builder" which is false. We signed this contract in good faith that all the information provided therein was true and valid - which is not the case.
