Review: Signed up for direct deposit enrollment to receive advertised $20 credit. On their website it states "You qualify as enrolling in Direct Deposit Service when you complete two Direct Deposits totaling $50.00 within 90 days of opening your account. Your account will be credited within 30 days of full enrollment." I received payments from my employer Intouch totaling $67 from 1/3/14 to 1/31/14. I enrolled in direct deposit in December 2013. Called customer service April 2014. Was told that I had to wait another month for the credit because I wasn't enrolled long enough. Called customer service back May 12, 2014. Representative kept putting me on hold to get answers but then informed me I will not be receiving the $20 credit because my deposit did not meet their minimum. When I first signed up there was never any documentation telling me their should be a minimum of $50 for every deposit. They're simply making excuses to avoid giving me the enrollment credit.Desired Settlement: Credit my account with the $20 as advertised and promised.
