I am rejecting this response because: It is a lie he ( [redacted]) never said or giving me any writing document stating that the part that was being replaced would be used. I do not know  how my brother got involved him saying that my brother told him I could not afford the part when clearly I paid for the services with my debit card with my name on it from my bank. Which I have attached a copy of my bank statement with the charges of 277.98. I also called around priced the part ( Air Compressor) the cheapest one was 150 something dollars. Had he given me that option and gave me the quote on a new and a use air compressor ( which he never did) I would have let him ( [redacted]) know to get the new part. So everything he is stating is not the truth.
