Union Shoe Service

I dropped my boots off at Union Shoe Service at least five months agoThere are hours posted on his door, but these don't seem to be accurate as he is never there when I stop byI have dropped by about four times
There is no voicemail or email either
I did in fact reach him on the phone this week and he said he would be there on Saturday between a.m.-p.m But he wasn't there when I stopped by

finally was able to reach him on the phone and picked up my boots.  Though they had been there for at least five months, they were still not fixed.  They were squished under a pile of dozens of other shoes and he had no idea where they were. I believe he had been sick for a few months, but I feel he could have taken a bit more ownership of the situation.
